Re-coucou, Hi again!

Quand je vous disais que je revenais vite...hein?! Même moi, je n'ai pas l'habitude de publier deux fois le même jour !! 

Je reviens donc avec une seconde carte, toujours pour ma DT Crafty Individuals, qui sera pour mon Zhom pour la fête des pères prochaine... et comme la précédente a été bien reçue par sa destinataire, je peux vous les montrer ensemble en fin de post. Celle-ci est plus grande que la première et un peu différente mais toujours selon le même principe d'utilisation d'impressions faites à la Gelli Plate, et aussi de masquage de tampons... j'aime autant l'une que l'autre.

I have a second card for you today in the same style as the previous one, but a bit different... This one will be for my hubby on Father's Day, it's just around the corner for us here in France! 

 To do the card, I used a mix of Tsukineko's Brilliance Dew Drop inkpads to stamp my background trees... Still loving and using these inks several years after I bought them... They go perfectly with my yellow oval and the ducks cut out from Gelli prints here me think!! The trees inside the middle oval were stamped for contrast in tone on tone dark inks insead (I used Archival black and brown inks, with handmade EP quickly poured and heated between two stamping operations... I had fun to do this and experiment with my inks and a bit of EP on this small surface! The result is shiny and beautiful, however it's hard to do good pictures of such dark colours!!! 

Pour cette carte, j'ai utilisé les même fonds que sur ma carte précédente, et suivi un peu la même idée pour leur conception.
J'ai par contre exploité mes encres Brilliance pour faire ressortir mes arbres sur le fond, contrairement à ceux du devant de scène, que j'ai choisi de mettre dans la pénombre en ton sur ton pour un joli contraste. Je les encrés à plusieurs reprises et superposés; Je les ai aussi embossés à chaud entre deux encrages avec un peu de poudre glitterisée, juste pour le plaisir ! J'aime bien le contraste obtenu et le rendu de l'ovale au centre, même si c'est difficile à prendre en photo quand c'est sombre.
