Sandy Toes and Salty Kisses...

Helloooo!

Entre deux rangements de ma scraproom (que je vous dévoilerai très bientôt promis !), je vous montre une double page d'Art Journal que je viens tout juste de terminer... Je l'aime beaucoup, j'ai choisi d'illustrer deux de mes nouveaux tampons Crafty Individuals que vous trouverez dans les nouveautés ICI. Il s'agit de la planche CI459 'Sandy Toes and Salty Kisses' et du tampon CI-457 'Come Sail With Me'. Ils sont tout simplement MAGNIFIQUES, ils m'inspirent énormément.  

Désolée d'être peu présente en ce moment sur les blogs ou les réseaux sociaux, la vie a simplement pris le dessus, entre la famille à m'occuper et ma scraproom à finir de ranger et d'aménager... Sans compter mon programme d'ateliers à partir de septembre sur lequel je dois aussi plancher urgemment !!

A very quick post today, as I really want to share with you a new Art journal page showcasing two of the new stamps by Crafty Individuals: CI459 'Sandy Toes and Salty Kisses' and CI-457 'Come Sail With Me'.

Sadly, I don't have any step-by-step or instructions available for these pages as real life has got too much in the way with my craft room to build and arrange in addition to the rest... Also sorry I've been AWOL since my holidays, but family and my work in free-lance with my workshops coming soon to define and schedule again always come first.
Hope you will enjoy the following pictures anyway... I just provide the only photo I have taken at an intermediate stage, and the list of materials I used since it may help a bit to get an idea of how I did these.

Voilà, je ne détaille pas cette réa, je vous laisse l'apprécier en images. Je vous joins quand même une petite photo intermédiaire et la liste du matériel utilisé à la fin de ce post, ça vous donnera peut-être une idée des matériaux travaillés sur ces pages.

 

The pic below is the only photo I made of my process... Playing for the first time with some new fab stuff I had received for free in the previous weeks, and in my new craft space at last, was so great!!! Imagine my delight! :)

Ma double page en détails

 I've been having a play with one of the new stencils that my friend Gio offered to me very kindly, which are available in her shop on Dawanda. They are simply stunning, their design is amazing and I love them all; Gio's stencils are really among my favourites for very long, she knows that well!!! I have just three of her new designs for the time being, but I want them ALL lol :) 

I know already that I will buy the others. 

 J'ai travaillé à la pâte de structure sablée un superbe pochoir dessiné par ma collègue DT Giovanna Zara, qu'elle distribue elle-même. Vous pourrez l'acheter facilement via Internet sur sa boutique en ligne Dawanda si ce modèle ou un autre vous plaisent, ils sont tous aussi beaux les uns que les autres.     

 

Pour finir, je vous montre les trois pochoirs que Gio m'a offerts. J'ai utilisé sur ma réa le dernier des trois, 'Vortex Spiral'. J'ai eu la joie de les recevoir par amitié - car elle sait combien j'adore ses pochoirs !!! - accompagnés d'une très belle carte et d'une petite pochette fait main... Je compte bien lui acheter les autres.

Here are the three stencils Gio offered me so kindly, with a beautiful card too and one of her lovely hand-made pocket... she knows how much I love her masks and stencils!!!! I have been very spoiled.

This has been fun pages to do, I really enjoyed the process and love the result... These new CI stamps and Gio's stencil are so beautiful!
